REQUESTS FOR REFUNDED RETURNS: APIECE accepts unopened puzzles in new condition that were purchased directly from APIECE if the returned puzzle is postmarked with 60 days of the original order's date of delivery.

Please note:  The customer is responsible for paying the cost of shipping for returns. 


1) Please email with "Return Request" in the subject line and as much of this information as possible in the body of the email:  - Full name of person who ordered the puzzle  - Date of original order  - Order number  - Title & piece count of puzzle  2) APIECE will reply within 72 hours to provide a return code, a return address and a return deadline (postmarked within 60 days of original receipt)   3) Please send your carefully packed, unopened, new-condition puzzle to APIECE using the return address provided -- with the return code placed inside or written on the outside of the box -- postmarked by the return deadline.   4) APIECE will check the puzzle upon receipt and process a refund within 72 hours to the original form of payment.  Please note: Shipping costs paid by the customer in the original order will not be refunded.
APIECE reserves the right to determine if a return qualifies for a partial refund due to the puzzle's condition.
